The desk staff was amazing. I honestly can not remember her name but the super sweet blond girl was incredible.
They were very transparent with the issue. And walked me through the process In all the service, personell provided an experience i haven't experienced yet. Thank you Southern Team!
It was decent experience however they could not 'mimic' the problem my car is currently giving me which was a bit frustrating specially when paying for 3 different diagnostics with no result.
All associates were helpful in both the parts department and the service department. Josh quickly found my account and ordered the part required. The entire process was seemless.
