What Others Say

My girlfriend and I purchased a vehicle on October 31st 2024. On January 12th our vehicle had to get towed do to mechanical issues. We went to the dealership today to get some help with it and the customer service was terrible. We were told there is nothing that they could do and that it’s between us and the service department to decided on repairs at the expense of us and we haven’t even reached the first oil change on the vehicle. We were also told that we have to order the part to see if it fixes it but they aren’t sure that it will then if it don’t we would have to pay more. I am a repeat customer purchasing 4 vehicles previously for southwest motors and my girlfriend has bought 3 from there with this one and have NEVER had this issue. We also put $10,000 down for this vehicle. This will be the last purchase I make from here. Very disappointed.

Great place to buy a car! Best selection of vehicles and the staff is so easy to work with!! Seriously, the absolute best. NO PRESSURE! Will be back for our next one.

Bought a xt5 drive from Denver Southwest Motors is the best place car dearlership in Colorado

Mike Zavislan built Southwest Motors from the ground up. Anyone at Southwest will tell you that Mike is in the office just about every day working hard to keep the dealership going and growing. They’ll tell you that he’s an honest, fair-minded upstanding guy and he comes off that way in his commercials. So can you blame me for not understanding why, when I wrote to tell him that a few weeks after I bought my Nissan Rogue from Southwest, an $85 oil change ended up costing $1100, he never responded? The letter I wrote to Mike was addressed to him, marked “Personal” and detailed how his service department was responsible for the problems that ended up costing me $1100. A month went by. Never heard a word back. Maybe Mike is just another car salesman after all?

I live nine hours away. Found a vehicle they had in stock came to an agreement on price via email. Exchanged some texts with pictures of my trade in they said they would hold the vehicle and I could pick it up the following day. Thought everything was good and they texted me at the end of the day to say the vehicle had been sold to another customer.

Victor and everyone @ SW Motors was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. One of the best vehicle buying experiences we've had. Great selection & great prices. We came from out of state to check out SW Motors and next time we need a car, we'll go back again.
