I bought a camera from here for my Acura MDX. After attempting to have an Acura tech install it, they deemed it defective. I made the parts team aware of the scenario and they told me it cannot be returned or exchanged or fixed. It was a $700 item and no solution was given. Do not waste your time with this shop, 0 customer service, 0 trust and you will most likely lose your money. Good luck.
