I bought a vehicle from this dealership a year ago and in November 2017 I found out that the vehicle’s odometer had been rolled back 30,000 according to the Carfax report. I traded the vehicle in and now I am trying to cancel the service contract I purchased from the dealer and no one has answered the phone or returned any of my calls for a week now.. Bought a car from STL. When it should up I almost had a heart attack. The paint looked like a child painted it. Runs,scratches,overspray. This is $50,000 I spent with them. Don the salesman and Patrick the manager are the biggest liars I've ever talked to. The vehicle has always pulled to the right, the gas door never opened unless you have 2 people with you. From the paint job which I had a bid of $10,000. I called them as soon as I received the vehicle. And told him I do not want it they did not pass title for 2 weeks after. I feel robbed. Everyone laughs at this Jeep, from the paint job. Which was supposed to be perfect condition , no scratches , never had any paint work they said. LIARS, highest bid I've had is 32,500. Completely screwed me over . I pray to GOD this will affect at least one person not to buy from them. The absolute worst purchase I've ever made in my life. I just can't believe they actually told me that it never had any paint work to it. Even better than that the gym manager called me and said that he was going to take care of me, to take the vehicle to the auction and whatever the vehicle doesn't bring he will cut a check for and basically I would be able to get rid of it. When I brought him the statement he again lied, and started cursing at me, telling me that it's been too long there's nothing he can do now and basically I'm screwed. Cold called Global Motorcars and was put through to Dean looking for a Mercedes Benz CL63. They had just got one in so I drive the hour to see the car and is near mint. Had a ppi done at European Auto Teknics and Micheal Crawley said everything was perfect except for a slight Active Body Control leak which is very common. Dean fixed the leak and gave me a more than fair price that I didn't have to haggle. Matt pushed me though finance easily although my credit wasn't perfect and I had two open auto loans. I was so impressed that I have sent 4 friends and all have been as equally impressed as I was. Now I am back shopping for a Ferrari F430 or Lamborghini Gallardo LP560.
