The folks who assisted us were knowledgeable and dedicated. They didn't rush us or pressure too much to buy; they were available for questions and gave us space to make our decision. When we were ready to buy, the process was efficient and not overly lengthy. The entire team was awesome.
The staff are great! Professional and courteous. Knowledgeable with any questions I need answered. Service is slow due to lack of service techs. It's frustrating that I had to wait nearly two hours for a lifetime oil change policy because they lack enough service personnel. Also waiting over a month for a back-ordered glass that s shattered (warranty item). I love Hyundai vehicles and the people are great, but...
