I had the pleasure of dealing with Sebastian Soca, Jalen Chapman, and Marcos Rancel to lease my new VW. Each person was attentive, accommodating and easy to communicate and work with. I have dealt with other dealerships and the experience was terrible. There were no hidden fees or miscommunications about my needs and requirements. They were respectful and went above and beyond to complete the deal. Although Rick Case isn't near my home I would use them again for my next lease or car purchase. Gregory was so pleasant and professional. He delivered our new car to us and explained so many features I didn’t realize our new vehicle has and we have been driving new VW’s for 20 years! Highly recommend him if you are looking to purchase a VW.
