My son took his Hyundai Veloster Turbo to the Greenway Hyundai Service Center, (also known as University Hyundai Service), for multiple services. Oil change, Transmission Service, and Serpentine belt replacement. Total labor was almost $400, and the OEM serpentine belt he had requested wasn’t provided, so they provided an aftermarket item that was priced at a 100% mark-up. Parts totaled about $235; but what really shocked me were the additional fees: $4.99 document & storage fee, $49.83 Shop fee and a 3% credit card surcharge which totaled about $20. (Roughly $75 for some shop supplies, creating an invoice and charging more fees for not paying in cash?) My advice is to shop around and inquire about these unreasonable charges prior to scheduling service at any auto service center. (I don’t know why they can’t include these fees within their service pricing, so you know what’s being charged “up-front). This dealership will never have our patronage in the future.
Poor management and poor business practice. Needs new owner and new management. Complete lack of communication, which caused my trade in vehicle’s contents to be trashed. I had to dig through trash myself to retrieve my documents, photos and Physical Therapy equipment including $700+ knee braces(2). Do NOT use this business unless you want poor, unreliable, distrusting people to take care of your needs.
My wife and I traded in and bought a new vehicle from Greenway Hyundai. We delt with Cody. Very professional. I will definitely recommend going down there to buy a vehicle from them.

My 2 year old Palisade is making noise that is described in service bulletin 22-SS-001H. I tell them this before I bring the car in and to have the parts on hand per the bulletin. They confirm my diagnoses and say they have to order the parts. I come back 2 weeks later and they say they can only replace one side despite the service bulletin clearly saying replace both sides. They end up replacing the wrong side and I pick up the car and it's not fixed. Took me less than 10 second to bounce on the back of the car to hear it clunk Totally incompetent and very slow. Been dealing with this since 11/18/22. They have totally wasted my time going back and forth multiple times.
Getting the runaround from finance manager Russell Seaton. Bought a used car on 25th of June. He told me one thing when I bought it, now telling me something different now. I will never do business with this place again.
