From my first contact with John Lawson I was very impressed. He immediately went outside and sent me a video of the truck I was interested in. He followed up and answered all my questions very promptly and professionally. Outstanding communication! He was straightforward, responsive, and super friendly to chat with. The video and our phone calls really reassured me and built trust. Which was important to me as I would be driving 8 hours to buy this vehicle! He made sure I knew this vehicle had everything in it that I was looking for. Once at the dealership he was super quick with getting everything signed and completed so that I could get back on the road to drive home. Heath in the office was great as well. Super friendly, explained everything extremely well and made sure we understood all the details of the purchase and warranties. We will definitely be buying all our future vehicles from Jim Butler!
