The renovations are very nice and it is great to see inventory on the lot again. Service was prompt and completed in a timely manner. Everyone I talked too was very pleasant and follow up was appreciated. Wes the service manager did a great job from our very first meeting through this appointment.

I pulled into the lot with a broken ignition switch, so I could not turn the car off. Bryan came right out and moved the car in. He called me the next morning and said they were able to build a new ignition holder, as my old one (my car is a 2007), had the switch broken, and Mopar no longer sells parts for my 300. Bryan called me at 2:30 and said my car was ready. I was thrilled! I love my car, it only has 120,000 miles and it runs great! I was so glad that Bryan was able to repair my car so quickly, as it is my only vehicle. I ALWAYS recommend Crenwelge's repairs. I have not needed them very often, but when I do, they are professional and the job is done correctly at a very fair price. I don't drive enough any more to justify buying a new car, which is okay because, I love my car. Hopefully, I won't need them any time soon, but if I have a problem, I know where to go.

This is my second Ram, and the Crenwelge team has always been professional, courteous, and all-around top notch!
