My experience with the dealership was great. My sales rep Dan was friendly, knowledgeable & easy to work with. I would recommend him & the dealership to family & friends!
My sales person Phil was friendly, professional. The customer service was excellent. One of best experiences I have had buying a car
I only gave one star because I had to. Took my Ram 1500 there. This dealership sent me home only to have my truck misfire as soon as i get there. So they changed the PCM saying it was the problem when it clearly wasnt. They misdiagnosed it, charged me $1,500.00, and blamed Hoffman's Auto Mechanics saying, "they did a crapy job installing your pcm," but did they really do a crapy job? Or was dealership taking a shot in the dark to get money? Apparently, the dealership replaced something that clearly didn't need replaced, which was their case for not refunding my $1,500.00. A month later the dealership decides to get of their butts and eventually removed the driver side head and realized it was the Cam-Shaft and Lifters. Needless to say that's what it was, They didn't even return my all my parts that they took off my truck, so it cost me a little extra, but I fixed it myself. Bottom line... find another dodge dealership to diagnose your vehicle. This dealership is lazy, they'll take you for all they can, and they are bonified liars.
Great dealership..Fair knowledgeable ..Service is great also ..I always deal with the dodge store..Would recommend a place to shop..
Had a very good experience buying a new Grand Cherokee. Salesman was very knowledgable and did not pressure the sale.
I recently bought my 2023 Dodge Charger at Bob Boyd Dodge. It was my third purchase at Bob Boyd Dodge in nine years. Their service department is friendly, timely and professional. On the sales floor, Phil, Ryan and Heidi teamed up to give me the best car buying experience of my life. They were able to make a deal to put me behind the wheel of my dream car. I will continue to recommend Bob Boyd and use their service department because they’ve truly earned my business.
