I made an appointment with Mr. Chad Molock, Service Manager at Rockwall Honda, for my 20,000 mile routine maintenance. It was my daughter's car, but she was busy, so I went in for her, and she told me to make an appointment with Chad.
He did a great job with the things that need to be checked and taken care of at 20,000 miles (i.e. oil change, wheel alignment, brake fluid change, etc.).
Even though it took more time than expected (almost 2.5 hours) , I had the added pleasure of taking care of my daughter's car.
I appreciated Mr. Chad updating me on the progress of the repairs halfway through, and the car is driving very well after the maintenance.

I was driving down the highway today and heard a strange noise coming from my car, so I quickly had my car towed to Honda Rockwall. I met Chad Molok, who always takes great care of my car, explained the situation, and he quickly found the cause and fixed it perfectly. All I had to do was sit in the waiting room and wait. The repair time was also quick.
Also, the last time I had a problem with a wheel on my car, I went to Chad and he answered all my questions and fixed my car perfectly with no problems.
