Very professional and low pressure. Would buy from again. Very good price on my trade and on the vehicle I purchased.
As a female, I have absolutely dreaded and put off buying a vehicle mainly because of the experience I have had at dealerships. I will quite literally never buy at a dealership again because my CarMax experience was that good. I ordered a car to be delivered from out of state, I was kept up to date with regular communication about when the vehicle would arrive and be inspected. Everything at the CarMax location was zero pressure and super efficient!
There wasn't pressure, it was about finding a way to get me into the car I was interested in
