The service was outstanding. My service advisor. Joey was absolutely wonderful. He took the time to update me during my service and made sure that I was very comfortable while I was waiting for my vehicle.
I've had my Sedona for about 10 years now, it's got nice low miles ( 73k). It's not the prettiest, but it gets the job done. We had about 100 (hyperbole) recalls that we hadn't addressed, I was able to make a same day appointment, within an hour, actually. I was greeted and checked in and everything was clearly explained. They offered me an Uber, even though recalls don't bring money. When the recall ended up taking longer than expected due to required software updates, they even sent an uber to pick me up and take me to the rental car agency! The van is in great shape, the communication was great! I didn't have to call over and over, in fact, I never called, because they called first.
Although I had to wait a bit longer than expected, I had a great experience.
Everyone we dealt with from Chris, Ramon, Henrry, Scott, Steve, Victor were all very courteous and accommodating to work with.
