Everything went smoothly. Purchasing car was actually pleasant experience. Salesman was friendly and helpful. Will use CarMax again.

We requested a car to be brought to the Naperville location. The car had a very strong cigarette smoke smell. This car should have been properly cleaned or at least discounted for the nasty smell. The car also had an oil light on which should have been taken care of when it arrived at the Naperville location. The " inspection " seems to be false advertising. My son purchased the car anyway with the promise to replace the car's air filter, clean the interior and reset the oil. Bringing the car back for these services has been extremely inconvenient. My son has wasted 3 trips, lost 2 days of work and these 3 items have not been completed a month later.
