My sales experience (both times) was wonderful. The Service Department is exceptional! They are the reason (along with the reliability of my Mazda) were a big reason I returned to purchase another Mazda from them. There is another Mazda dealer closer to my home but I choose to go to South Bay because of the service I've received there. I've owned a Toyota, Nissan, Honda, Hyundai and BMW and none of those dealerships could hold a candle to South Bay Mazda. Ease of making an appointment online, Josh was prompt and quickly checked me in and checked out at the end, oil change and tire rotation work was completed within specified time, provided video of work done and recommendation for tire alignment. A complimentary car wash was included. I waited in the lounge area where coffee, tea, water are available as well as comfortable seats and area to plug in and work on laptops. Very pleasant atmosphere for waiting and working. When paying for the service, information was provided of a service charge if using credit card, none if using cash, check or debit. Very good to be informed in advance to be able to make a choice. Thank you.

The team was very polite and professional. They made the purchase experience very simple and even helped me even after regular business hours. The dealer is definitely in the Gold standard for fast service and professionalism.
