I feel so blessed that I found this shop and got the great pleasure of working with a very kind and honest gentleman named Charles. He took his time and went through all the vehicles with me that was what I was kinda looking for. He is honest, fair and more then trust worthy! I always say the best sales person is an honest one because I would recommend and family and friend to him. Even thoe the car he sold me I plan on having for a very very long time I would not dream of doing business with anyone else. because trust is everything. I would only sell and buy with Charles at Auto Biz! look no further you wount find a more honest sales man then this man! and most of are not so nice lol lol

Bought a 2007 Toyota Sienna from these folks in early April. 1 week after I bought it I had all kinds of overheating issues and misfires in the engine. Took the car to another mechanic who said it had a blown headgasket. Talked to the dealer and we came to as close of an agreement to get it fixed. We got a replacement engine put in and everything running fine. I am not impressed with the vehicle maintenance that was performed before I purchased the vehicle, though I was impressed with Kevin's willingness to help with the problem we had and getting us back on the road.

When I contacted Auto Biz on CarGurus.com I received a call not 5 minutes later from a gentleman called Charles. We set up a time and date for me to go and look at some vehicles I was interested in. When I arrive he was very curtious and professional. He was not pushy and and very accommodating when it came to looking and test driving two of the four cars I was interested in. When I explained to him that we wanted to look at other locations he was very polite and told me to call him when I was done looked and we could work out a price. I am sorry to say I did not purchase a vehicle from them only because we found something that would work better for our family. I still recomend them and Mr. Charles for their professionalism quality of vehicles and willingness to work with you on a price. I understand that some may feel cheated but ultimately it’s the consumers responsibility to ask the questions on the products they want to purchase. If I am ever in the market again they will be my first stop.

I needed a car quick and did not do my homework for this company. They sold me a salvaged car. Four months after having the car I went in for an oil change and my mechanic pointed out about 14 things wrong with the car just from basic inspection, and could not have happened in the time I had the vehicle. It was not safe to drive and the things needing fixing cost more than the vehicle. Went back to the owner and got nothing, he said he could fix it at a discounted rate, which was about 10%. I didn't want to sell the car because of how unsafe it was to drive. Could not sell for parts as it's parts were not good. I would never refer anyone here. They are dishonest. I'm not one to write reviews but I wanted to help warn others.
