Does not let the professional mechanic do the inspection, neither test drive. Does not let us pay cashier check only wants financing. Does not tell the end price until the credit application is filled out. Very shaky place. Do not loose your time!
Worst experience ever. Had me there for hours. Excellent credit score. Runs my credit several times why??? Adds on a ton a fees I find out, it shouldn’t have been done. Wants me to buy an extended warranty really?? Nope,this is why needed new brake pads, didn’t see it my fault bubble in my tire, rip in my back seat hidden by sales lady’s purse (smooth move on her part), 2 ignition coils failed, and cracked rear differential. Cars look good and they pull you in. Stay Away!!!!
Luxury Motor Club gave me an excellent experience in purchasing my 1st car. My sales rep. “Benny” was very professional & straight forward, walked me through the whole process & made sure I understood exactly what and how things are done, even showed my options I did know I had. I am definitely gonna be a repeat customer as well as refer friends & family to let Benny help them get the job done.
This car dealership is not a good dealership to go to. They're not honest people. This dealership is telling me after refinance my vehicle with another bank that policy the two extended warranties I purchased are non cancelable. What happened is they overcharged me a very high price one these 2 contracts and they paid the 2 companies a different amount of money which is way smaller than what they originally charged for. Be careful with Luxury Motor Car Dealership, they are 2 faces people, one is before you signing and then the other is for after you signing. Don't do business with them, or make sure you know exactly what you're signing. Please verify every piece of paperwork BEFORE you leave e the dealership M

Very bad dealer place ! Should have listened to the overwhelming bad reviews out there and spared my self the trouble falls hope and wasted time. Where do I begin..we drove from CT to NY to look at the vehicle and see if deal can be made as we were told no sort of discussion or negotiating can be made about car .trade in or even getting financing all in person. Known tactic.. Car was ready upfront for us to look at 30 seconds into inspecting it realized hood sound shields was beaten off and shredded by rodent and left all over engine bay.i found that very concerning was dismissed by the team later as normal in NY .really ??? Rest of the vehicle seemed ok and drive ok. Carfax had 7 or 8 entries with no explanation.i asked for explanation from no other but GM Kristin and was told..... Lol those are car washes ..well not quite as I called a friend at jeep.dealer and was informed it was internal jeep service on transmission . Price was 69850 I asked for any amount of was told not negotiable.i said on let's look at my car value having it appraised prior on few sites and 2 dealers so I wouldn't be taken advantage off and you guessed it was below lowest appraisal and even below lowest range even was told we are being generous normally we do less and.deduct $ but you have a nice rare car. I asked for very little more and was turned down. These people are something else. We looked at each other and said ok let's see what we can do on financing and here we encounter another problem they love to do a dealer reserve which means add points to your % that bank approved you for. After all of this I took gm business card and said will think about it and as we drove home we came.up with few q and asked for answers and address the shield . No replay at all to.mesage . Called and was told car is now sold .even though it continues to be advertised all over Internet. Very bad deceitful lying shady dealership..stay away. Not to mention they said they had 500 cars in stock and reality was 2 small lots.wth 20 cars on each max.
