I recently worked with Frances Ramos during my vehicle purchase, and I couldn’t be more impressed with her professionalism and responsiveness. From the beginning, Frances was extremely efficient in answering all of my questions and made the entire process smooth and transparent. When I arrived at the dealership, the team informed me that they wanted to pause the contract due to a concern they had discovered about the vehicle. I appreciate that level of honesty and integrity — it showed genuine cared about the customer’s experience and safety, rather than just making a sale. In my case, I happened to have a relative with the equipment needed to address the issue, but for others who may not have that resource, its valuable it is to have a dealership that is upfront. Their transparency gave me a lot of confidence in their business practices. In addition to Frances, Marcus and Fred were also wonderful to work with. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and helped ensure that everything was handled efficiently and professionally. Overall, this dealership demonstrated exceptional honesty, responsiveness, and customer service. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a fair and trustworthy car-buying experience.

I recently bought a new Lincoln,and took delivery that day (Nov). I brought it back (FEB)to have it detailed and talked to my salesman Don Morgan. He helped me immediately and wrote up a no charge order. The service dept jumped right on it and did an excellent job. I really appreciate great service after the sale and that’s precisely what I received. Thanks guys
