UNPROFESSIONAL. AVOID !
I applied for credit on 08/18/2021 for out of state and out of their inventory high risk Auto loan. Was initially told by Scott Reed that they could find me a no credit history loan. No fees, costs or anything else mentioned.
08/20/2021 no response via email or phone.
08/23/2021 Talk to Scott and he is working on my case.
08/24/2021 Talk to Coworker and nothing has been done ANT now they want to charge me $1500.00 for a loan. I as to speak to the owner and get a female manager. She does not attempt to correct the problem. I explain the need for FULL DISCLOSURE upfront and she makes excuses. Then she hung up on me.
This company is a waste of your time and credit.
Please shop elsewhere. I made the mistake of trusting then and now my credit went from fair to poor because of them.
UPDATE: as of 8/25 I was able to get my contract annulled by contacting Dougs Mazda dealership manager, and making the owner aware of the issue. Come to find out, Doug's Credit Center-- in order to bleed me for every dime I had-- had told the lending institution that the base model truck who's most outstanding feature was that it came with an am/fm radio, had a whole bunch of extras that they itemized to mark up the price... Remote start, parking assist etc...
The owner, after becoming aware that the credit center was trying to defraud their lenders, immediately rescindes the contract and took back the truck.
My advice: Doug's, with the exception of the credit center (their used car lot), is honest. Seriously, don't work with this credit center.
Also, to Mick or Nick, whatever your name is (manager at credit center who flipped out on me twice over the phone, threatening me)-- you told me to take my complaint to jack-in-the-box, that it would be just as useful. I chose, instead, to take the complaint to your boss. Hopefully, this whole experience has shed some light on your atrocious behavior.

ORIGINAL: Not trust worthy. Sold me a basic ram 20k ram for 40k. Didn't tell me the price until I had the papers in front of me. Very pushy. Basically forced the truck down my throat. - I have am anxiety disorder that I am medicated for and they definitely took advantage of it.
Not reputable. Save yourself the heartache and go anywhere else but here.
Five stars for Phoenix being as helpful as he was initially but overall like three stars for the whole experience. I drove from Portland to be told that my trade is worth jack s**t and I need to come up with thousands of dollars to even consider talking about what car I'll get into. They gave me a low acv vs fair kbb trade in because they won't make any money. Partially my fault for believing they could help and was literally told to "not worry about a down payment". I'm upset because we sat there for an hour and a half to be met with not being able to trade my car due to the higher quoted negative equity. If they would have told me within half an hour that they couldn't make it work I wouldn't have been as upset. Do I recommend coming back? No, unless you live close. Otherwise just stay local.
We have known one of the car salesmen, Scott Reed, for years. He is very enthusiastic and knowledgeable about fitting the right person to the right car. He takes pride in the service he provides for his customers. He is a great asset to Doug's Credit Center.
they lied to the lender about how long I had been at my job. They lied to me about my credit score about it being 540 on my credit score is actually a 630 they told the dealership that I was going to put down $7000 when I had only put 6500 they claim that the bank was aware but they were not they told me that if I wanted to Be funded through them that they would have to write a new contract with the correct down payment. I also told him that I would make a new deal with the new car if they would let me sign a paperwork agreeing to kill the other car contract. The other contract was not valid due to the fact that they lied about the down payment I told them we can make a deal as long as we will void the contract they had me believing it was still valid even though it had been more then 4 days and I would like my refund so that we can continue on with new discussions about a new car and a new contract they declined the option to void the Audi contract and they told me that they were not going to do that which they legally have to The deal was never finalized. after more than four days I had found out that the deal was never funded I told him that I was not OK with what was going on and I would like to return the car that’s where the other talks about a new contract came in they never gave me the option to return the car after that had not been funded though I told him them after I had found out
I bought a F150 truck from Dougs and in 1 day engine light came on. Then it wouldn't start. Doug's took it to their shop several times. Mechanic couldn't fix it, he was was extremely rude and insulting.. said I wanted as perfect truck.. lol.. Chris (Doug's dealaer) became rude because of issues with truck and tired of dealing with it. Plus, wiring issues.. I only have 20,000 miles on it.. there was no noticeable rust on it when I bought it but now rust has eaten through bumper and the under carriage. It was hidden with undercoating.. I paid over 20,000.00, it should be concidered totalled.. I now owe 17,000.00.. I guess I will put a blue tarp in the back bed, fill with water and call it a spa.. save yourself the headache and financial money pit and go somewhere else. No xxxx!
