I’ve been going to North Bay Ford for 5 years now. The service and sales department are great. They’re communicative and able to meet your needs.
Everyone was very friendly negotiating was easy and the group work together very well. I would buy a car again from them.
Customer service is rare these days, but not at north bay ford. Everyone was amazing. Best car purchase experience I have had in a very long time.
