The rating of 5 was given because there is no higher score to give. Mr Wangerin was truly a 10+. He was professional conscientious and dedicated to customer service. He was never impatient and afforded us the same kind of professionalism and courtesy each and every visit until we made our mind to purchase a Lincoln MKX. Mr Wangerins made a strong positive first impression that I had made up my mind that if I bought a Lincoln it would be from him. His honesty and easy going personality put us at ease and established a trusting relationship so much so that even though I test drove a Lexus and a Lincoln at Edmond from a different dealership I knew I would be coming back to purchase from Mr Wangerin. What sets him above the rest is his caring attitude and non presuring attitude. Upon meeting Mr Wangerin for the first time I informed him I wanted to test drive a Lincoln but did not want any pressure from him to purchase the Lincoln. I further told him I would be buying one in the very near future. I must have gone to him 3-4 times to test drive the car on different occassions and each and every time he afforded me the same kind of professionalism. He took his time with us and answered and explained all our questions whether we were buying or not....AND THAT TO ME IS QUALITY SERVICE! The only auto dealer i will buy from. The staff are more interested in helping you with finding exactly what you want than to simply put you in the car they are hustling you into. The finance person works equally as hard in gathering the best financing and rebates. The customer is always treated with dignity and respect. This is the only dealership i will buy a auto from.

Ken Willits made the purchase of our Lincoln Navigator very easy. When purchasing such a high line expensive vehicle you want to get the best price. Not only did we get the best price we received the best service and information in regards to our purchase.

I have bought two cars from this gentleman in the last 3 1/2 years. He is extremely knowledgeable of the vehicles he is selling, and if he does not know the answers to your questions, he will get the answer for you before you leave. he was extremely helpful in learning how to operate the Sync system, plus all the other features of the touch screen. We have a tendency to trade cars in every two to three years, and we are usually given a fair price for our trade-in. We will again see Ken if ever we are needing another vechicle, because he is genuine, kind, friendly , and most of all he knows his stuff.

Timothy was extremely helpful, working for hours with my wife to pick out a car then working with us both in negotiating a price. He helps us to find the car that made the most sense for us instead of trying to sell us up into more expensive vehicles. He seemed to care about us as a family as well as a potential sale. The financing portion of the deal took a long time but I guess that is to be expected. There was a flaw in the windshield of the Mazda 5 we purchased and Timothy worked tirelessly to get it fixed as soon as possible, even having the car detailed as well. I would definitely recommend Reynolds Lincoln, but especially Timothy Wangerin.
