I was greeted by John Souza as soon as I walked into the show room. He guided me through the paperwork, was very professional, easy to talk to, and exhibited zero pressure. John introduced me to the finance people, got the car cleaned up, and gassed up as I completed the paperwork. Overall, it was a very friendly, welcoming, and efficient experience. Cars are going quickly these days but I was able to get the car, the price, and the rate that I came in looking for. Nothing but praise for John and the team at Haselwood Chevrolet Buick GMC. The service was good so I thought. We came back the next day and picked up our new truck and drove away. We came back and signed more papers and then drove away. About two weeks later I get an email saying day and picked up our new truck and drove away. We came back and signed more papers and then drove away. About two weeks later I get an email saying that they need a recent LES and pay stub to get funding for our GM financial account. This was clearly a shock to me because they said we were approved. We drove away I was sure to read all the papers I signed and asked questions. So The good feeling I had that hey we got good service and a brand new truck. Was replaced with hmmm did we get scammed? Is there shadyness going on with this lot? Are the rumors true that we heard before going here and the most disappointed thought was is would I need to get my lawyer involved down the road? But I will say that John who was our initial rep was great and I would recommend him to anyone. More
