I had a great experience buying a new Defender. I have bought more than a few new cars and my experience here has been much, much better than most. No pressure by my sales rep, Jonathan Elliott, I have bought more than a few new cars and my experience here has been much, much better than most. No pressure by my sales rep, Jonathan Elliott, no long-drawn-out negotiation sessions, and no high-pressure sales at the closing (which is refreshing}. The entire process only took about 2 hours from agreeing to a price and driving off. They got getting me a great trade in value with their inhouse (?) Car Max rep. The day after closing I met with Ali who got me connected to the Land Rover app as also answered all my many questions about the Defender. He is both very patient and very knowledgeable. I would have spent more than a few hours getting to know my Defender had Ali not helped me. Over-all I would highly recommend the dealership. More
