The finance manager whom I cannot recall his name claims “he was too busy and swamped because he was just returning from Punta Cana” to have the decency to reach out or have someone reach out to me to explain the change and inquire if we wanted to proceed. Instead, they allowed me to come in, test drive the vehicle for the second time, sign all required documents and then an hour after meet with the financial manager who drops the bomb. The icing on the cake was his response about being on vacation and not having the time to reach out. Meanwhile I called and sent text messages all day long to ensure we were still on the same page. It was one of the most stressful situations. Will not ever purchase from this location again SOLELY BECAUSE OF THAT FINANCIAL MANAGER. More
