After 40 years of buying cars at Roush Honda, I liked the sales person I eventually bought the car from, but I did not appreciate the sales person trying to "steal" the sale and having me in front of both sa sales person I eventually bought the car from, but I did not appreciate the sales person trying to "steal" the sale and having me in front of both sales people telling me to pick who gets the sale. Awkward to say the least. Promised free oil change and tire rotation...nope. Had to schedule the appointment far enough out that I slightly (300 miles) went over the 24K. Even though it was scheduled well before I hit 24K, I was still charged for the services. The point was brought up with my service advisor, Sarah DePlacito, and she basically said "too bad". Would have liked the promised free car wash at the end of the service but they ran out of soap. This is the service a person with over 40 years of buying cars from Roush Honda receives. May you have better luck and I definitely hope Roush can find its' way back to being a satisfying company to buy from in the future. More

Everyone here was extremely nice but I can't speak loudly enough about Kevin H. Enough. He walked with my every step of the way. Life gave me lemons and Kevin made me a lemon pound cake.
