They had my car for 11 days because they improperly replaced my purge valve and it malfunctioned on my way home from the dealership after my first visit, which caused my check engine light to come on and odd noises. When I took it back the second time I only heard from Mike when I reached out first. Never tried to take the time to explain to me what happened and immediately placed blame on me as to why the check engine light came on my way home and that there was no way it was something they did. (Convenient, right?) I would try to call him, straight to voicemail, I would text him, wouldn’t hear back for almost hours. Anytime I asked when my car would be ready to take home I basically just got several different versions of “I don’t know”. After almost 11 days I had enough, paid off the car because there wasn’t much left owed (hence why I also didn’t want to dump more $ into it for whatever they had up their sleeves) and traded it into Byers Subaru down the street. Also, 60% of my bill was labor which is hilarious because they didn’t even perform most of the labor properly. I feel ripped off and overall so stupid for coming here. It sucks to spend almost a thousand dollars to not feel like a priority at all. More
