Been searching for a specific configuration for 2024 F-150 for about a year now. Was finally able to locate a possible option couple days ago at Beau Townsend. After speaking with sales rep Kaven then S F-150 for about a year now. Was finally able to locate a possible option couple days ago at Beau Townsend. After speaking with sales rep Kaven then Sales Manager Bret Crowell for about 30 minutes I decided to make the 120-mile roundtrip drive to the dealership to check out a couple vehicles. I drove the original F-150 I went to see but ultimately purchase another F-150 with just a few more features. Thank you for the pretty smooth process of this purchase and not wasting my time on making the drive. More

The personal care was amazing that I received from Josh , Jamie and Conner I would highly recommend these guys and Beau Townsend dealership to my family and friends after the professional care I received a Jamie and Conner I would highly recommend these guys and Beau Townsend dealership to my family and friends after the professional care I received and the thing I liked the most was that I didn't get pressured about buying the truck even as I left and wasn't sure what I wanted to do no questions asked and was Thanked as if I had purchased a vehicle I went home and thought about it and called Josh and said I would be back up in 10 mins to drive it again he had it warmed up and running for me to drive again. I then said I will take it and josh and I talked about the liner and tint I wanted and to pick it up and it was done asap !! Thank you for the special care that I received I felt like my business was #1 priority and I appreciate that I work hard for my money and love to be treated like it. More

Sold me 2 pieces of junk. I wasted tens of thousands of dollars here. Then they had the audacity to try and give me 1k for the junk they sold me and charged me 200 dollars to I wasted tens of thousands of dollars here.
