Based on the long standing time frame this dealership has been around, I would have expected much more in service. Perhaps because I am out of state, I didn’t get the full value of what is usually offered, been around, I would have expected much more in service. Took my Q50 in for a recall regarding an ECM update and the check engine light was on when I picked it up. I circled back around and explained it to the porter who explained it to the writer and the writer the check engine light was on when I picked it up. I had problems here with our Alfa too and was hoping that was a one time thing but it’s clear this is the time of experience we can expect from Faulkner. More

One of the easier car transactions I have ever completed. Talking with Emir, the salesperson was clear and transparent. Talked a few times before making a trip to the dealer.
