I've been a loyal customer of Paul Miller Land Rover for over 15 years, having owned several Range Rovers and Discoveries. The engine on my Range Rover ceased, with under 40K miles, after a light went on a over 15 years, having owned several Range Rovers and Discoveries. The engine on my Range Rover ceased, with under 40K miles, after a light went on and they advised me to ignore it. I took the issue up to Trent Miller. He didn't care. After another RR extended, which was a great experience, I bought what was then the new 2022 Discovery. Within just a few months, the windshield literally rained in. I'm not exaggerating. It was raining inside the car. Then, a few months later, just around a year old, under 10K miles, the vehicle completely died on a dark road. The electrical went out and it was dead dead. AAA Towed it back to Paul Miller and they held onto my vehicle for 6 months. Six months!!! Claimed it was the harness. I still had to pay my lease payments on a car that was no longer in my possession. How is that fair? It's not. Trent Miller did nothing, again. I filed a dispute with Land Rover, because Paul Miller took no responsibility for selling me a lemon. Then, Land Rover, under the vail of an uncaring rep, declined any responsibility. I should have hired an attorney. I still might. I literally just got the Discovery back and within 2 weeks, the dashboard would go completely dark while driving. I called service and they told me this is normal. Then, shortly thereafter, the electrical warnings are back. The Panel now reads "Stop safely, Electrical fault detected." Battery low warnings. The steering wheel is not turning. I've called for three days and have not gotten a return call. I don't feel safe in the car. I called the dealership and they told me to drive it in. I said "you need to pick it up". They said it isn't safe. I guess it was safe for me to drive, but not for them. I asked for a Service Manager, their receptionist hung up on me. I called AAA to tow it in today. I will never buy another vehicle from Paul Miller. If they don't care about a customer who has been loyal for 20 years, I can't imagine how they will treat you. Paul Miller buyer beware. I will either buy my next Range Rover (in the next two months) from another dealership, or I will buy a G Wagon. I'm sure Ray Catena will appreciate my business and treat me and my family with a little more respect. Shame on Paul Miller Land Rover. More
We had a horrible experience with this dealership. The car was advertised as 1500 miles, yet had 1900 miles. I have never had a bad experience like this in any of the dealerships I have dealt with. Zero customer service. I mean Zero.
