Jason Dietrich called me back after saying he wouldn't help me in any way to blame me again. The oil change was overdue. At this point, I know the dealer is not contractually obligated to help me. It's the demeanor and the attitude that they were not willing to help at all. Customers aren't people at Spitzer, I guess. If you want to deal with crooks who justify being backhanded, this is your place. They sold me a bad car and they want me to go away.
