Sold me a great car, but the process was infuriating. Very predatory sales tactics. The manager specifically became very rude to me and my family and I almost reversed my decision on the vehicle. Buying a car is a multi-thousand dollar decision. I felt extremely pressured to get the car off your lot; I was buying an R-Title and had a lot to consider. The manager all but refused to honor the conditions of my deposit, where he threatened to sell the car to someone else outside of the decision window we discussed. I also found minor cosmetic issues (including a major stain on the interior lining) on the car that I had to personally point out to the salesman, and the manger refused to renegotiate. The finance team also tried to sell me a very unreasonable and costly maintenance program while we were being recorded on camera. It was so strange. Again, great car otherwise. But I felt like I was being interrogated. Calm down. I’m just a human trying to buy a car. I understand you need to make a sale, and you had “lots of callers,” but this is not the way to get a lifelong customer. More

Very dissatisfied with the service department. I went into to have an inspection. I was told the tires need replaced to pass. I was suspicious because I had had a tire shop just look at the tires I went into to have an inspection. I was told the tires need replaced to pass. I was suspicious because I had had a tire shop just look at the tires and they told me they were sufficient to pass inspection. I advised this dealer to not do the work. I picked up the car. The inspection form completed by the tech had the right front at 2/32 and the left front at 3/32. I looked up the Pennsylvania standard for inspection and it states unequivocally that 2/32 passes. So both tires were legal. And they quoted me 300 per tire. Clearly they were unethical in their inspection operation. More
