Purchased a new car from them and I have no complaints. Sales person showed us the car and we took a test drive. Then went and looked at few models at different dealers. Called a couple days later, asked for an out the door cash price and got one in about 10 min. Price was right in line with what I expected with all discounts and fees worked in. They held the car for a couple days while I transferred funds to my checking account. Went in did the paperwork, wrote a check, left with the car. Smooth, zero pressure. More

I was given a cash price of $48,500 for a 2022 Dodge Ram by a sales person, over the phone. I drove two hours one-way to purchase the truck. I drove two hours one-way to purchase the truck. When I arrived, the sales manager refused to sell me the truck at the agreed-on price. Instead, he insisted on an additional $1000 just because I was paying cash. He also informed me that he felt in no way obligated to honor the salesperson's agreement, despite the fact that I drove over 300 miles roundtrip based on the word of the salesperson, and despite the fact that the salesperson had cleared the price with him while I was on the phone!
