Last week I made an appointment to have my Odyssey oil change and was told it would cost $54.95. I checked other places and this was a price in line with the other, non-dealership oil changes. I brought the car in this morning and AFTER the oil change was completed they gave me a bill for $80. When I questioned it with the representative he claimed oil prices went up three weeks ago. Why didn't they know last week when I made the appointment? When I talked to the service manager he was sarcastic and not receptive to my request for a price adjustment. I really think he needs public relation training to better serve loyal customers such as me. Eleanor Childs More
