2016 chevy express 2500 van needed a battery 3 months after purchase. They wanted near $500 for a diag fee!!! didnt even try the warranty then. I purchased 3 cars in 1 day on 11-22-22 for over a hundred grand CASH. Don't see Tylor in finance as he will screw up your paper work. Service department will nickel and dime you before they even get to the actual problem and give you a fee for diagnosis multiple times. purchased a 5 yr extended Warranties on all 3 and they were "canceled" / "deleted" by Performance on March 2023 and no refunds given. I have 1 of the 3 cars from Performance with a broken water pump and no warranty!!! I called warranty company and they stated the dealer deleted them. Now the dealer is giving a run around and has taken over a week with no resolution still. Unfortunatly, last Friday they called asking if I wanted a refund or to reinstate, I stated reinstate and by Monday afternoon, I still do not have a valid waranty contract # to file a claim on for any of the 3 vehicles... terrible communication internally. Every call made, was someone new and they had no information andI had to re-expalian evrything over and over again. (They didnt even give a price break on 3 cars bought in 1 day). watch out for greeed and lies!! More
