When you deal with 4+ team members, miscommunications are bound to happen. I should’ve known better than to expect them to communicate with each other effectively. I would never recommend a purchase from this dealer. They are rude and do not follow through on what they say they will do. BUYERS BEWARE. Safe yourself the headache and go anywhere but to this dealer. You’ll potentially end up with an issue SIX WEELS after your purchase that you will have to resolve yourself. They will not help. More

My husband and I went in to lease a 2024 Buick Envision. Erica our sales lady was very nice and so was the finance guy Dave. Called Erica also because we experienced an issue at the same time with the new Buick. She never returned our call either. So my husband went in to the dealership after no success with the voicemails. Still nothing. This dealership only wants your money! You sign then you become a no body to them. We were skeptical even going there after bad experiences with their used car side. Lesson learned More
