highly recommend Martin Chevrolet & Salesman Jack Lazzara, and the closing team of James & Phil. What started out as a search for my “dream vehicle” a few months ago, and what ended up being a Lazzara, and the closing team of James & Phil. What started out as a search for my “dream vehicle” a few months ago, and what ended up being a “necessity vehicle purchase” over the past weekend, Jack was there every step of the way, from showing me what was available, to what I wanted, and what was a reality; he was never pushy, checking in from time to time and just keeping me informed of all my options. When it came time to actually purchase my Jeep Trailblazer, which I had done my own research on, and despite being shown newer vehicles, Jack never once pressured me to change my mind. Jack was great to work with, providing clear communication, was polite and attentive, all without being pushy. For a young man in a sales position, he was mature, knowledgeable, and professional, yet friendly and personable all at the same time. James in Finance was honest, detailed, and thorough in the process of securing financing, and worked diligently to ensure my financing was where I needed it to be. Closing the deal was Phil, who went above and beyond to ensure I was able to secure my vehicle. Thanks Martin Chevrolet! More

I schedule an appointment for an oil change because I dont have 2 hours to wait in the lobby for it to be completed. Going into the dealership, my husband and I weren't sure if we wanted to purchase a Tahoe or a larger vehicle. We met with Adam and he spent time walking us through the features of the 2024 Tahoe RST, takin if we wanted to purchase a Tahoe or a larger vehicle. We met with Adam and he spent time walking us through the features of the 2024 Tahoe RST, taking my husband and I on test drives, ensuring we felt comfortable with the vehicle. We took the vehicle overnight to drive our routine places, see if it fit in our garage, etc. Adam really took the time to make sure we felt comfortable with our choice and never pushed us a certain direction. A bonus, he kept out 10 month old entertained so that my husband and I could talk things through, he's a great babysitter! :) We can't say anything negative about the team at Martin Chevrolet, everyone was so kind and we will continue to give our business to the dealership for all service appointments! More

Ashton Howe provided excellent service and as always friendly and very welcoming while doing the whole transaction via phone since we live out of town.
