I recently purchased a high end pre-owned vehicle on the internet from Findlay. The sales person who assisted me was Ryan Lunn. This was the first time I purchased a vehicle I had not seen in person. I communicated with him everyday for two weeks. He always answered his phone or promptly called me back. I live in a different time zone so he gave me his cell number and we communicated in the evenings and weekends. In summary working with Ryan was a great experience.
