Professional service, staff is always supportive and available to explain if any issues with the vehicle. My Alfa Romeo Stelvio broke down and was quickly repaired under warranty (two fuel injectors had failed). Terrible Experience! Terrible experience! It all started out wonderful. I called the dealership and spoke to a salesman (Tim). He was helpful, sent pictures, and did a vid Terrible experience! We spoke several times, and I submitted a credit application, and we agreed to come up on Saturday since he was off. He asked if I wanted to give a deposit (this was at 8:20 pm) and i said yes in the Morning. I called in the morning to make sure everything was ok. and to give my deposit, and he advised he would reach out to his manager, since he was off, and would be going into the dealership that afternoon and would advise. When I had not heard from him late in the day I texted, and he advised that "someone from NJ came in today and bought the car. You can imagine how disappointed I felt considering we made arrangements to drive up and get the car on Saturday, and had submitted a credit application. You expect more out of a Maserati dealership! My advice go someplace else! More

Highly Courteous, Highly Motivated Tim Wehnert and his manager were the dealers that I spoke with on a new Alfa Romeo Giulia. Both gentlemen were highly courteous and respectful of my father, myself and our collective time. They both knew that we had driven over half an hour out of our way to be there and scope out Alfa Romeo, and they really rolled out the red carpet treatment for us. Originally, I was just going up to look. I had never really planned on test driving an Alfa and I CERTAINLY never had planned on falling so head-over-heels in love for the car's dynamics. (Italy out-Germanys Germany.) Tim's manager even allowed my dad and I to take a Giulia out by ourselves and discover the car on our own just like we like. They were informative and knowledgeable of their products, and able to answer all the questions I had. While we did some preliminary discussions on my first trip, it wasn't until my second trip that we started getting into more serious talks. I had discovered since my trip to another Alfa Romeo dealership that I was a big fan of the Giulia Ti Sport's seats, and I had a few quotes in-hand for this visit to try and find my perfect car. While we weren't quite able to forge a deal, I've not quite given up yet (and boy, did these guys try HARD to get to where I needed them to be). I think anyone who comes to this dealership will leave either impressed, or impressed IN their NEW CAR. It's rare to find a dealership that falls all over themselves for their customer like this, and it's exactly what I look for in a car-buying experience. These guys are the real deal, and if you have even a PASSING curiosity in Alfa Romeos, they deserve a chance to earn your business. I cannot recommend them enough. More
