I was lucky enough to be paired up with Randy Prater, who fulfilled every word of his promises for me and worked tirelessly across about a week to find the real, true right vehicle for me and bring it down in price as much as was possible at the same time. He and the Sanders team beat out local, regional, and statewide competition I was also working with by more than a country mile in terms of service, courtesy, and cost. Randy in particular dedicated several hours to getting to know me, testing vehicles, and giving me a full personalized tour and rundown of the vehicle he helped me find following purchase. Will return to them for any future purchases and be on the lookout for Randy, who has continued to follow up with me to ensure that my vehicle is meeting my needs, performing flawlessly, and offering personal assistance at the same level as during the search and purchase process. Gaston in sales was forthcoming and honest through the entire process, i could tell he understood what i was looking for. His demeanor through the entire process was professional and caring. I had questions with the CARDAX he was honest with me when he said he didn't have that answer but would get it, and then he did get me an answer. I have already recommended Gaston at Sanders Ford for sales and will continue to. Ally in service is always super attentive and helpful during my service visits or service requests. It means a lot to know that my specific questions are answered and that the care on my vehicle is documented appropriately. She really is an asset to the team!
