I asked for a loaner, he arranged it, called when the car was done, had the car immaculately cleaned when it was ready for pick-up. From the minute we walked in the door he seemed to have a chip on his shoulder from something other than our interaction. We purchased a Bentley from this dealership and had a few questions, he was arrogant and rude in tone. I would not recommend this salesmen. However others at this location are wonderful to work with.
