John Jay provides the best service of any salesperson I have ever encountered in any field or industry. He is unfailingly honest, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and helpful. He works with you to make sure your needs are met. Over the years we have also gotten to know him as a person. He is a genuinely kind and compassionate person. I give him 10 starts out of 5!! My new 2019 CR-V just purchased in August, was declared a total loss from an accident on October 10, 2019. I returned to my Apple Honda dealership to purchase my NEW brand new CR-V and was quickly led to John Jay, as this was considered a challenging situation. He was great throughout the entire process and made a stressful time for me turn into a very positive experience.
