Just arrived is this elegant & highly safety-conscious, FACTORY FRESH, NO-ACCIDENT, NONSMOKER, SEVEN-SEATING 2024 Volvo XC90 Recharge Plug-In Hybrid T8 Plus with a Bright Theme! This three-row midsize luxury SUV ''isn't your typical Audi Q7, BMW X5 or Mercedes-Benz GLE, and that's a good thing. Highlights include helpful technology features and a stylish cabin,'' Edmunds writes. It ''provides a useful amount of all-electric range too. The XC90 might just be the easiest choice outside of something from Germany.'' The Insurance Institute for Highway Safety awarded the 2024 Volvo XC90 Recharge a TOP SAFETY PICK+ designation, the organization's highest award. The XC90 Recharge received the highest rating of Good in all four crash tests conducted. The IIHS uses a different scale for grading collision avoidance features. The XC90 Recharge earned the highest rating of Superior for its daytime vehicle-to-pedestrian front crash prevention system. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration gave the 2024 XC90 Recharge an overall safety rating of five out of five stars, with five stars in the frontal and side crash tests and four stars in the rollover test. With its 3.7-kWh onboard charger, and it takes around five hours to charge its 14.7-kWh battery using a 240-volt power outlet. With its odometer now reading 5,078, it is STILL COVERED under the balance of the factory Limited Warranty for new vehicles until July 2027 or 50,000 miles (whichever occurs first)! The Recharge T8 is a plug-in hybrid with an electric motor powering the rear wheels (combined output 455 hp, 523 lb-ft) and an EPA-estimated electric-only range of 32 miles on a full charge. That aligns almost perfectly with Edmunds' test results. On their real-world test route, the XC90 Recharge went 31.5 miles on pure electric power. After the gasoline engine took over, the XC90 managed 28.1 mpg, which is comparable to the EPA's estimate of 27 mpg combined and a few mpg better than most other luxury hybrid SUVs.
