Seller's Comments

HOLD UP! What is this BRAND NEW VEHICLE doing here? We're supposed to be a used car dealership. Just arrived is this hyper-efficient, all-electric, FACTORY FRESH, BARELY TOUCHED 2024 Ford F-150 Lightning Flash SuperCrew 4x4! This coveted pickup truck is quicker than the 700-hp F-150 Raptor R to 60 mph, boasting a spacious cabin with loads of storage and retains the familiar design of the trusty gasoline-powered F-150! ''The F-150 Lightning is one of the most practical and job site-friendly trucks on sale today. It's also comfortable and impressively quick,'' Edmunds writes. Though estimates for the 2024 model have not been released, the 2023 F-150 Lightning gets between about 66 and 70 MPG-equivalent in combined city/highway driving, and the basic hardware doesn't change for 2024. These estimates are comparable to or better than rival electric pickups. Models with the standard battery pack have an estimated driving range of 240 miles. Flash and Lariat models, both using the extended-range battery pack, have a maximum driving range of up to 320 miles, while the top-tier Platinum, riding on big 22-inch rims, returns up to 300 miles of range. With a home 240-volt connection, Ford estimates an average of 19 hours to bring the extended-range battery from 15% to an 80% charge. This process takes about 13 hours for the smaller standard battery. Using the Charge Station Pro, Ford estimates an 8-hour charge time for the extended-range models, but a slightly lengthier 10 hours for the standard-range models. Using a 150-kW DC fast charger like the ones in Ford's BlueOval charging station network, Ford estimates you can juice the extended-range F-150 Lightning from 15% to an 80% charge in 41 minutes (44 minutes for the standard battery). If you can only find a 50-kW charger, those numbers rise to 122 and 91 minutes, respectively. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration gave the 2024 F-150 a five-star overall safety rating, and this Ford boasts lots of standard safety features. These include forward automatic emergency braking, blind-spot monitoring and rear cross-traffic alert. With its odometer now reading SEVENTEEN, it is STILL COVERED under the balance of the factory BUMPER-TO-BUMPER warranty until July 2027 or 36,000 miles (whichever occurs first)! Additionally, its engine, transmission and drive axles will be covered by the remainder of the POWERTRAIN warranty until 2029 or 60,000 miles! This particular FLASH SUPERCREW CAB 4x4 model with the Extended-Range Battery, 8,550-pound gross vehicle weight rating, 9.61 axle ratio & Max Trailer Tow Package enjoys a 5.5' bed length, 145'' wheelbase, 1,913-pound maximum payload, and 10,000-pound max towing capability! Which F-150 Lightning does Edmunds recommend? ''How can you go wrong with a trim level named after a superhero? Kidding aside, the new F-150 Lightning Flash comes with most of the features you'll likely want on your truck. It's the least expensive trim to get the extended-range battery pack, and it all in all comes standard with helpful driver assist features such as adaptive cruise control,'' they write. The Flash trim adds to the XLT with: Power tailgate with integrated step Keyless entry and push-button start Power-adjustable front passenger seat Heated steering wheel 15.5-inch touchscreen display Eight-speaker B&O audio system Wireless phone charger Adaptive cruise control (adjusts speed to maintain a constant distance between the vehicle and the car in front) Lane keeping system (makes minor steering corrections to help keep the vehicle centered in its lane) Evasive steering assistance (enhances the forward collision mitigation system with steering-based collision avoidance) Ford's BlueCruise (uses the vehicle's advanced driver aids to further provide hands-free driving capability on select highways) A larger extended-range battery pack comes fitted to the Flash, Lariat and Platinum. Horsepower rises to 580 hp with the bigger battery! Built Ford Tough, it all in all
