The RS 7 has an incredible 0-60 MPH of just 3.3 seconds! Powering it to these numbers is a 4.0L biturbo V8 engine producing 621 HP and 627 lb-ft. of torque from the factory without modifications. It is also a 'mild-hybrid' system with an electric motor which works with the auto start/stop system.Helping it maintain its grip on the road are 22-inch wheels with summer performance tires.
