A Surcharge of $1.00 per mile will be calculated up to 300 miles driven.The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered in. A 10% restocking fee will be calculated from the total purchase price. All non-cancelable items and all fees incurred by third party contracts will be paid by the customer in addition to the restocking fee. The 10% restocking fee non-cancelable items any third-party fees and mileage surcharge will be deducted from the amount of the down payment. If the total of the charges is more than the down payment the customer must bring the balance due in cash or a cashiers check payable to the Dealer at the time of the return of the vehicle and a mutual release will be signed. If the 3-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is exercised and you had a trade in the event the trade is sold we will reimburse you the amount credited for your trade as indicated on the Vehicle Purchase Order for the vehicle being returned to Dealer. 3-Day Return policy will also apply to Out of State customers who will be responsible for any additional fees such as any fees incurred by third party contracts including shipping and handling fees. 3-Day Policy starts from the date of the vehicle delivery. All customers are welcome to have a third-party inspection prior to shipment or purchase. The customer will NOT be reimbursed for any upgrades modifications or service costs for the vehicle that the customer paid for AFTER the purchase.
