February 11, 2025 Upon calling to inquire about this Escalade, Liam didn’t brush me off like 3 other dealerships bc I was out of state. We worked on a fair offer, got my trade also figured out. I advised Liam my fear of driving 450miles to than be Lowe balled even though I was honest with my condition of car. To my surprise, they honored the trade, they also were very quick at getting me out the door so I can drive 450 miles back home. This Escalade was just as described, no hidden damages with weird angles and pictures. Very thankful to Liam and the team that set this culture of fair and honest. Thank you Liam for getting our family a new to us Cadillac.
