The R/T comes with a 5.7L HEMI V8, which pushes around 360 horsepower and 390 lb-ft of torque. A standard Durango (like the SXT or GT) typically comes with a V6 engine, which is solid but doesn't have that same power punch. * *Suspension and Handling*: The R/T has sportier suspension tuning, making it handle better and feel more agile, especially during higher-speed maneuvers or cornering. It's definitely more of a performance SUV compared to the regular trims. * *Exteriors & Styling*: The R/T often comes with some more aggressive touches---like unique front and rear bumpers, a sportier grille, and bigger wheels (usually 20-inch). The quad exhaust tips in the back are a nice visual cue, too. * *Interior Features*: You'll likely see sportier seats, some special trim accents (maybe leather or suede), and a more refined overall interior feel.
