The BMW M2 CS was a one year only offering for the F87 BMW M2 that was available for the 2020 model year. The M2 CS which stands for Competition Sport is a track focused car only offered in a coupe body style. These high performance cars were equipped with a tuned version of BMW's S55 engine that generated 444hp. This power was sent to the rear wheels through a 6 speed manual or 7 speed dual-clutch automatic transmission. The M2 CS also featured a range of dynamic improvements to the suspension brakes and aerodynamics to give it impressive performance both on and off the track. A total of 2200 examples of the F87 BMW M2 CS were built before the end of production.The BMW M2 CS was a one year only offering for the F87 BMW M2 that was available for the 2020 model year.
