It meant a lot to me very knowledgeable. I repeatedly asked him several questions about the same subject and he answered me every time with patience, dignity and grace. He goes far and beyond duty as far as his customer service skills to 10 is a 10 Colonial Cadillac is very lucky to have this man on their team great individual and a decent human being family man. December 25, 2024 I purchased a Lyriq in October. Steve Jenson was the salesman. The process could not have been easier. The price was fair. The amount they gave me for my trade-in was almost exactly what I predicted. Before going to the dealership. I put my numbers together. Their quote was a little LESS than I predicted. I have contacted Steve a couple of times since via text and he has responded answering my questions. If they remain as responsive as they have been so far. I WILL be buying others cars from them.
