KEY POINTS ABOUT THIS Silverado 3500HD
The ability of Heavy-duty trucks to move massive loads is dependent upon many things, including engine, transmission, related towing equipment and suspension. This dual-rear wheeled truck (DRW) supports added weight, especially when using a gooseneck trailer.The engine is the Duramax turbocharged 6.6L Diesel with an Allison 1000 6-speed automatic transmission. Based upon this configuration, it has a maximum towing capacity of 20,000 lbs. with a conventional trailer and near 23,000 lbs. on a gooseneck connection (based on information from Chevrolet) The Duramax engine has 445 HP and 910 lb-ft. of torque directly from the factory.The Graphite Metallic exterior paint and body still have a really nice luster and are free from damage.The LTZ trim was the 3rd of 4 separate trims, second only to the top-end High County.
